Return conditions

You can return or exchange your products within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please include in your return package the invoice initially received with your order as well as the explanation of the return.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with price tags and in perfect condition. Items that have been worn and / or washed will not be accepted.

Return costs are not covered except for receipt of the wrong item.

If you have requested a size exchange, if it is available and if the returned products are compliant then the shipment of the new size will be at our expense and will take place upon receipt of your return to our store.

If you have requested a refund and if the returned items are compliant, it will then be processed within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of your return.

How do I return my items? :  

- Return the invoice to us by writing  the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
